On Wednesday, three Chileans were arrested in Miami-Dade County, who would be part of an international gang that is dedicated to sending to the country what they steal in this metropolitan area of ​​Florida.

His arrest was made possible thanks to security camera footage, searches made during a house robbery on Thanksgiving. According to NBC Miami, two are 20 years old and one is 22.

According to the police report, Darío Parra (22) along with Nicolás Parra and Ricardo González Díaz would be responsible for the theft of multiple watches, jewelry and wallets, which would be valued at more than US $ 5,000.

The owner of the house affected during the holiday accused that the detainees robbed other homes in his sector and he affirmed that he had heard from the authorities that the compatriots were part of a gang that sent the stolen goods to Chile.

“I think they are the same group that entered (a house) but could not steal anything like four blocks from here,” said the neighbor.

“From what was explained to me, it is a group that has been attacking different neighborhoods and they are part of a bigger band in Chile ”, he commented.

The three detainees have records in California and charges for theft, false identity and criminal deception, according to EFE.
