Canadian sports television presenter Dan O’Toole said his one-month-old daughter, Oakland, was kidnapped.
O’Toole, the co-host of the SportsCentre television show with Jay and Dan on TSN, made the shocking revelation in a heartbreaking Instagram post on Thursday where he said he believes the girl is alive but doesn’t “know where she is.” .

‘My baby Oakland. I pray that whoever has you will hug you. Whoever has taken you from me is protecting you, ” the father of three wrote on Instagram around 6 p.m. Thursday night, along with a photo of the missing boy.
However, that has you, return to my arms. I love you Oakland. I can’t wait for a day to hug you again. My heart is broken. I’m broken.
To be clear, Oakland is alive, we believe. But we don’t know. I have a one-month-old son and I don’t know where he is.
O’Toole updated his post a few hours later to say that his now-ex-wife Corrie has nothing to do with Oakland’s disappearance.
ATTENTION: My amazing ex-wife Corrie has nothing to do with this. Please leave her alone, ” she added to the post.
Oakland, O’Toole’s third daughter, was born in late May.
A spokesman for the Toronto Police Department told DailyMail.com that they had received no reports of the month-long disappearance and that an Amber Alert had not been issued.
They said it was possible that another police department might be investigating the kidnapping, but that the Toronto Police Department had no information on the matter.
No further details of the kidnapping are known at this time.

Talk show host Craig Needles tweeted that he was “crying” upon hearing the “nightmare” news that Oakland is missing.
“I am currently sitting on the couch, hugging my daughter and crying thinking of Dan O’Toole and his baby,” she wrote.
“I hope this nightmare ends for him soon.”
Ian McLaren, host of Locked on Boston Bruins, also sent his support to O’Toole and his family.
“Dan O’Toole is a national treasure and I cannot bear to see anything happen to him or his family,” he wrote on Twitter.

The proud father also shared this image of him with the new addition to his family.
‘When you isolate yourself long enough, you get one of these as a door prize!’ the proud father wrote on social media.
‘Meet Oakland Eleanor Sandra Newman-O’Toole. My brand new girl who has a million names and all my heart.
“In case there are doubts, now you will officially NEVER forget 2020,” he added along with a snap of the newborn.
She then celebrated joining her family on May 27 when little Oakland made her national television debut on SportsCentre with Jay and Dan.
In a clip from the show on Instagram account Jay and Dan, O’Toole introduces the newborn to viewers.
“There it is, there’s a new baby for you,” she says, smiling at the camera, before playfully pretending to pull her off the screen.
