Billie Eilish debuts ‘My Future’, supports Joe Biden at DNC

Teenage music sensation Billie Eilish debuted her new song “My Future” at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday night – in an apparent appeal by the party to young voters.

Before taking the stage, the 18-year-old Grammy winner asked Americans to cast their votes for Joe Biden “as our lives and the world depend on them.”

The landlord in Los Angeles based President Trump, saying he “destroys our country and everything we care about.”

“We need leaders who will solve problems such as climate change and COVID, not deny them,” Eilish said.

Wearing her signature baggy shirt and neon-green painted roots, Eilish declared that “Silence is not an option, and we can not put it off.”

“The only way to be sure of the future is to do it yourself,” she said, before asking people at home to register to vote.

Her performance was the first of three rooftop musical interviews for night three of the convention.

Prince Royce soon followed to Eilish with a cover of ‘Stand by Me’ and Jennifer Hudson will also be singing later in the night.
