Among the multiple titles revealed during the Xbox Games Showcase pre-show is Balan Wonderworld, a new Square Enix title created by the minds behind the original Sonic the Hedgehog Games: Yuji Naka and Naoto Oshima.
Described by Naka as the “action game of action games” Balan Wonderworld puts players in the shoes of a character who has just reached a turning point in their lives. They arrive in a wonderful and colorful world full of quirky characters to guide them through it. Of course, the strange land of the wonderland cannot be explored with just two legs. The main character of the game can wear costumes that give him different powers and abilities that make walking through the dreamy landscape an easier touch.
