In Burgenland (until Monday at 6:00 p.m.), 77 people are ill with Covid-19. 236 have so far been recovered, Coronavirus coordination staff said Monday, citing information from the health ministry. There’s also another death to complain about: a 71-year-old man from the Neusiedl am See district that Covid-19 died at the Hietzing Hospital in Vienna.
So far, a total of 321 people have tested positive for the coronavirus. 345 people in Burgenland are under officially ordered domestic quarantine. Eight are cared for in the Oberpullendorf hospital, two of them in the intensive care unit.
Two other people who tested positive were treated at Oberwart Hospital, one at Eisenstadt Hospital. A person is also cared for at the Covid-19 station in Bad Tatzmannsdorf. In total, there are twelve people in Burgenland hospitals and a Covid 19 ward, two of whom are in intensive care.
