As the “Kurier” reports, negotiations are currently underway between the pay station Sky, which currently has exclusive rights to the top division, and the ORF. Accordingly, the ORF could acquire the rights to ten live games, through which one game per round could be broadcast and the player selected.
According to the report, the talks between Sky and ORF are “in the final stretch”, but ORF’s sporting director Hans Peter Trost stops: “We are in talks. They would only be very advanced for me if I already had a draft contract” .
