Interior Minister Karl Nehammer (VP) announced at a press conference Tuesday morning that exit restrictions expire at midnight on April 30, 2020, after Health Minister Rudolf Anschober (Grne) previously stated that this was possible based on current figures.
However, the discipline of adhering to certain rules is still important, such as maintaining a minimum distance of one meter. Meetings should again be allowed up to 10 people. Interior Minister Karl Nehammer (VP) adds that this number is primarily events. For the demonstrations, the Minister of Health, Rudolf Anschober (Grne), has announced his own regulations that, under certain conditions, this is possible again.
“As of May 15, 2020, catering companies must be able to reopen from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. There is a minimum distance of one meter between groups of guests. Employees must be equipped with mouth protection. -nose, which applies to guests This will not be the case. Accommodation companies and other leisure businesses can be reopened from May 29, 2020, “explains Tourism Minister Elisabeth Kstinger (vice president).
“The regulation with 20 square meters per customer will be changed to ten square meters per customer,” adds the Minister of Economy, Margarete Schrambck (VP), the current regulations.
