Romano Schmid will leave WAC after this season and return to Werder Bremen.
The German Bundesliga club announced on Sunday. Styria was committed by the Hanseatic in January 2019 for approximately € 1 million from Red Bull Salzburg and awarded directly to the WAC. The 20-year-old has had 37 league matches and four goals for Carinthia so far.
