The relatively high incidence of seven days has prompted Tyrol officials to issue an exit test for four municipalities. Haiming, Roppen, Virgen and Matrei are affected by this, the measure initially applies from Friday March 12 to Tuesday March 16.
This obligation of proof applies to all people who have stayed in the respective municipality and want to leave the municipality, regardless of their place of residence and the time they stayed there. A negative PCR test that is not older than 72 hours or a negative antigen test that is not older than 48 hours is considered a test.
The decisive factor for this is the “dynamic development of the infection”, says informed Elmar rizzoli of the Tyrol State Crown Task Force. Although the incidence limit of 400 specified by the Ministry of Health has not yet been reached, these four communities are still considered critical points for the infection process. “This is why we want to take action early to prevent more infections,” says Rizzoli.
The location of the test does not have to be in the municipality.
The required crown test can be performed anywhere – the location of the test is not linked to the corresponding municipality. However, when leaving the municipality of Haiming, Roppen, Virgen or Matrei, people are required to submit a negative test in case of control.
On the other hand, there are no controls between Virgen and Matrei or Haiming and Roppen, because the respective communities are largely directly connected.
These are the exceptions
A trip through the affected communities of Haiming, Roppen, Virgen and Matrei in East Tyrol without a stop is also possible without a test. The obligation of proof does not apply to children up to the age of ten. Freight traffic is also excluded.
People without a place of residence in the Haiming, Roppen, Virgen and Matrei communities in East Tyrol who test positive for the coronavirus there before leaving these communities can travel alone with a motor vehicle or as part of safe transportation. for the purpose of official segregation, they return to their place of residence
