A video of the absolute winner of the World Cup on Instagram caused a sensation. The 31-year-old from Salzburg can be seen doing training runs with giant slalom goals.
He also publishes: “That’s what it’s all about.” Fans canceled comments below about hoping for a return of the young father. Two-time Olympic champion Hirscher, who completed his first pole training since his retirement in September 2019, later says: “I just wanted to feel these forces, these feelings again. Feel what it’s like to drive a racing swing again.”
As usual, Hirscher drops the speculation about a comeback to the others, but says, “I had so much fun. And I really missed that feeling!”
