In Vienna alone, 206 positive cases were registered.
The 24-hour value of new coronavirus infections in Austria identified 358 cases on Saturday. That was almost exactly the same as the day before, when 357 new illnesses were recorded. According to the Ministry of the Interior and Health, another 315 people were considered recovered on Saturday morning, the number of deaths of Covid 19 patients remained the same at 735 so far.
Active cases increased to 3,524 affected people. In the case of those infected in hospital treatment, there was an increase from one patient to 157 affected, the number of intensive care patients remained constant at 28.
New infections since the last report are distributed among the Austrian federal states as follows:
