Therefore, interpretations should always be made in conjunction with the epidemiological curve. “An approximation of the effective number of reproductions to 1 means a constant number of incidence cases per day, but does not provide any information on the level of incidence of Covid-19 cases,” the experts stated. In some states, “the number of incidents is very small, so fluctuations in the actual number of replayings must be interpreted with great caution.”
