Anschober has crown measurements evaluated
In “ZiB2,” he said he had asked a group of experts to come to the ministry on Tuesday. This should advise any inaccuracies in laws, ordinances and decrees, which would then be “naturally” cleaned up.
This group, which will meet again on Thursday, includes former President of the Administrative Court and Acting Minister of Justice Clemens Jabloner. Constitutional experts and top lawyers for the ministries were nominated for this, Anschober reported. At the same time, he campaigned to understand that there was enormous time pressure to fight the pandemic. Sometimes it was a race against time.
Minister against federal state differentiation on loosening
The Health Minister will move no closer to the advance of Carinthian Governor Peter Kaiser (SPÖ), according to which the restrictions imposed by the Corona crisis could be removed regionally at different speeds.
He believes this is an interesting proposition, but not an ideal measure, Anschober said. In any case, it is difficult enough to understand where and what is applied. If it differs regionally, it will be even more difficult. Today he spoke with the governors (video) and they all joined.
