According to the Ministry of Health, there are a total of 260 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Burgenland (as of April 12, 2020, 5:00 p.m.). This is an increase from a confirmed case in the last 24 hours. The number of people recovering in Burgenland increased to 133.

415 people in quarantine
According to coordination staff, 415 people are currently under officially ordered domestic quarantine in Burgenland. Eight people are in the Oberpullendorf Hospital area that is configured for the isolated treatment of patients with COVID-19, two of whom receive intensive medical care. Three people who tested positive for COVID-19 are treated at the COVID 19 institution in Bad Tatzmannsdorf, five isolated at the Oberwart hospital. A person receives intensive medical care at the Güssing Hospital.
