Systemic prophylaxis focuses on general health and includes factors such as diet, sleep, mental relaxation, lifestyle, and yoga.

In the study, researchers describe, for example, so-called Rasayana therapies, a special Ayurvedic method that addresses rejuvenation and can boost the immune system.

They indicate plants that have been shown to be effective in immunomodulating and restoring immune homeostasis.
