Army could replace Hammer with Josh Duhmel in the upcoming film Shotgun Wedding



Army Hammer’s replacement will be found for the upcoming film “Shotgun Wedding”.

Amid the current messaging scandal by “Transformers” star Josh Duhmel Hammer, he is in talks to play a vacant role when he comes out of the picture.

According to Deadline, Duhamel is eyeing to join Flick to show off her male-to-be role with Jennifer Lopez. The film follows the couple as they begin to get cold feet, but things get worse when their whole party is taken hostage.

Jason Moore will direct the film for Lionsgate, written by Mark Hammer and Liz Meriwether.

The outlet reports that the shooting could start next month if the 48-year-old signs the duo.

Outside of his work in the “Transformers” franchise, Duhmel is known for appearing in the films “Safe Heaven” and “While in Rome”. She received multiple Daytime Emmy nominations for her work on “All My Children”, bringing home an award in 2002.

Representatives for Duhmel and Lionsgate did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News.

News of Hammer’s exit from the film broke last week after messages he wrote – they have not been verified – referring to cannibalism and sexually explicit material.

A spokesman for the production said in a statement to Fox News at the time, “The Army has requested to be separated from the film and we support their decision.”

Ham Ham Mere, in his own statement, echoed the information providing diversity.
