Aniplex of America announced on the digital Aniplex Festival online event on Saturday to launch PERSON 5 the Animation on Blu-ray Disc as a “Complete Blu-ray Set” on September 29.
English Bend from the anime series will debut on the Blu-ray Disc set, with the following cast, repeating their roles from the game:
the PERSON 5 the Animation‘s “Complete Blu-ray Set” will include six discs with 26 episodes from the anime series, as well as two anime specials PERSONA 5 the Animation: Dark Sun and PERSONA 5 the Animation: Stars and Ours. Extras include a set of illustration cards, commercials, trailers, and textless versions of the series’ opening and ending sequences.

Ren Amamiya is about to enter his second year of high school after transferring to the Shujin Academy in Tokyo. A strange incident triggers the awakening of his Person, and together with his friends, he forms the “Heart Robber Ghosts” to change the hearts of corrupt adults by stealing the source of their distorted desires. Meanwhile, cases of psychotic crises have been popping up one after another … Living their normal high school life in Tokyo by day, the group stalks the bustling metropolis of Tokyo like the Ghost Thieves by night.

Aniplex of America first announced that they had licensed the anime adaptation of Atlus‘ Person 5 game in February 2018. The anime premiered in Japan in April 2018. Aniplex of America aired the series on Crunchyroll and Hulu how it was issued Crunchyroll started streaming the 50 minutes PERSONA 5 the Animation: Stars and Ours anime special in March 2019. The first anime special, PERSONA 5 the Animation: Dark Sun, issued on December 30. Crunchyroll is broadcasting the first special.
Masashi Ishihama (From the new world, Kamichu!) managed PERSON 5 the Animationand the game franchisethe producer Katsura Hashino the original concept of history is attributed to him. Satomi Ishikawa (Boy Friends Convenience Store) adapted Shigenori SoejimaThe original designs of the game characters for animation. Kazuma Kaneko He is credited with drawing the original demon designs from the game. Shinichi Inotsume (Persona 5 the Animation -The Day Breakers-, Hayate the Combat Butler, dance sket) was in charge of the series scripts. Shōji Meguro returned from the game to compose the music for the anime.
