Amazon delays Prime Day in the US


Amazon’s busiest online shopping event, Prime Day, has been delayed in the United States, the company confirmed Tuesday.

Prime Day, an event offering site-wide deals that often lasts for more than a day, took place on July 15-16, 2019, but the coronavirus pandemic has delayed this year’s event in the U.S. And other countries.

Prime Day 2020 could be delayed until 2020, Business Insider reported July 2, citing internal emails. An Amazon spokesperson previously told FOX Business that the company does not yet have an official date.
