Today’s Dealmaster is heading through a nice discount on the HyperX’s Cloud Stinger gaming headset, currently available on Amazon under Amazon 30. Retail, usually in the 50 range, this discount is the second best price we saw out of ટૂ 26 last March, out of a short fall.

Cloud Stinger was our top budget pick in the previous guide to the best gaming headsets. It’s an old-fashioned wired pair that HyperX has been selling for many years, but it continues to offer an admirable mix of comfort and audio dio quality at a wallet-friendly price. It has a lightweight design that doesn’t clamp too tightly on the head. Her ear cups have enough space, her headband is very adjustable, and they both cushion with enough memory foam. It doesn’t have a particularly detailed or balanced sound profile, but its hype-up bass and trouble give it an exciting quality and bring a bit more omph to the game’s effects. Its built-in mic is also a plus, the lending sounds are clearer than a typical wireless headset. The Cloud Stinger is still a budget-level gaming headset, so it has its drawbacks. That microphone is not detachable, nor is the included mm.mm mm cable. Its earups do not fold for easy storage. It is a simple volume slider in terms of built-in controls. And its plastic-heavy build makes it look like an inexpensive device. Still, Cloud Stinger does it pretty well where it matters most. Since it is a wired headset, it will have no problem working with any console or PC, including the upcoming PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X. It’s solid value at its usual going rate, so if you’re in the market for a new headset on the cheap, this deal is worth a look.
