In June, Bungie announced Destiny 2: Beyond Light, the game’s 2021 and 2022 expansions, and the new Destiny Content Vault – simply called the DCV. The DCV includes all “retired” content from Destiny, including items from the original game. In a blog post on Thursday, Bungie revealed everything that players will lose access to when Beyond Light will be released November 10th.
We will leave the location of Cosmodrome the DCV and come Destiny 2 later this year, with the Vault of Glass robbery that will sometimes come out of the DCV in 202. But before we see the return of some beloved old content, Bungie will share some of it Destiny 2the current content and move it into the DCV to create space.
Here is a full breakdown.
Patrol destinations
When Bungie launches Destiny 2: Beyond Light on November 10, the studio will remove four major planets from the game. Players will not be able to do quests or activities, or round out, at the following destinations:
Fence

Gambit
Bungie will change these aspects of important aspects of Gambit, although we do not yet know exactly how. The studio revealed that Gambit and Gambit Prime will become one mode: “a single round face off with custom Blockers, heavier fashion drains, and some changes to the Primeval battle,” wrote Destiny community manager Cozmo. The studio said it will reveal more about the game mode closer to Nov. 10.
Unlike Strikes, Gambit will have maps of retirement destinations, including both Mars and Titan. Although the studio has not yet confirmed this, it seems likely that the Reckoner title could have gone away sooner Beyond Light, which means players have a limited window to complete it.

Cross
Bungie will parry the Crucible very little, and take a few cards and modes out of the game. Cozmo insists that none of these changes will affect the Trials of Osiris mode, and players will still go to the Lighthouse when they receive a Flawless card – even if Mercury leaves the game. Like Gambit, the Crucible will still house cards on retired planets.

By Beyond LightThe launch, players will only have the raid on Last Wish and Garden of Salvation.
