No. 1 Alabama and No. 7 Florida will meet for the 10th meeting in their SEC Championship game, with the two teams having mostly found themselves in the league title game. The Crimson Tide are starting to have a superb win over Arkansas and could present a perfect regular season with a win over the Gators. Quarterback McJones, wide receiver Devanta Smith and Nazi Harris are all in the mix for the Hazman Trophy, and their defense has become one of the best in the SEC.

Gators, on the other hand, is a mess. At least they were last week when they dropped to the lower LSU team, presumably because they had to spend shots on college football playoffs. Quarterback Kyle Tresk is also in the race for the Heisman Trophy, and it will be his career night to kill the Dragons and win the SEC title. Hopefully there will be star Tight and Kyle Pitts to help him, who will be back after missing the lsat game.

The last few times when these two have met on the field, it is not particularly close. Alabama has six straight wins against Florida and each game is decided by 14 points or more. The last time they met, in the SEC Championship game of 201 SE, the Crimson Tide outscored the Gators by 16-14 54-1. Will history repeat itself on Saturday night or will Florida shock the world and shake the College Ledge football playoff race?

Storylines

Alabama: It’s almost impossible to find weakness in this Crimson Tide team. They’ve hit three bragging, it’s true, quarterback Mack Jones, wide receiver Devonta Smith and three Hezeman Trophy candidates running behind Nazi Harris have recently been named as the semifinists for the Moore Award, the country’s top . The defense, which was a bit of a concern earlier this season, has given up just 4.09 yards per game and 270 yards per game during the month of December.

The only question facing the tide in the game is if their three Hezman candidates would steal each other’s votes and allow the other team’s player to win the game’s most prestigious individual award. Eventually, coach Nick Saban’s crew could be blown up by the Gators and possibly still make CFP.

Florida: Last week was to be the most disappointing loss in Florida history. Anything could go wrong, in Marco Wilson’s shoes, in the blind fog to the longest field goal in LSU history. It’s so complicated that the Gators hit the reset button and focus on what former coach Steve Spruer calls a “ring game”.

If they are going to win that ring, quarterback Kyle will be on track to get the job done. The Gators’ offensive line is a mess and they haven’t been able to go to the ground game all season. The trace has been wonderful, but it has also been done, not by the necessary choice.

Alabama vs. Florida Forecast

Not only will Alabama beat Florida, it will beat it like a drum. I am talking about the victory lap of all victory lps. Considering the best way to slow down tide crime would be an issue in Florida, it’s a strong running game that could keep Mac Jones. And co on the side. Florida is not that team. Throw the LSU into a hangover from damage, and this will become ugly. Pick: Alabama (-17)
