Ayesha Kari is giving fans a glimpse of her daily diet.

The BA1-year-old actor and cookbook writer, who is married to NBA star Stephen Curry, recently revealed that she has lost 35 pounds, and is now breaking down a healthy diet that helps her stay in shape.

In a new video for Harper’s Market, Curry opens up about her approach to nutrition and reveals that over time it has become more important to work for her.

“Fitness wasn’t really part of my lifestyle and I have to say that having all my kids in the last two years, it has really become a major for me and it helps me to have mental clarity.” “I think I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m happy when I’m out. So I try to work at least five days a week.”

breakfast
