JOHANNESBURG – Former President Jacob Zuma will file a complaint with the Judicial Service Commission regarding Supreme Court Vice President Raymond Zondo’s handling of the request to be challenged as chairman of the state capture investigation.
Zuma’s attorney, Muzi Sikhakhane, made the announcement moments after Zondo dismissed the former president’s request for disqualification on the grounds that Zuma failed to meet the reasonable apprehension test of bias.

Sikhakhane said that Zondo had become a witness and judge in the matter.
“You have become a judge in the dispute that involves you in determining the disputes that arise in the matter that includes you. And to the extent that you become a judge in your own matter, which alone is a motive mentioned by Mr. Zuma, I want to tell you that we have also been ordered to file a complaint about you in relation to the Judicial Service Commission. in relation to the subject on which he has become a witness and judge “.
He added that Zuma would review Zondo’s decision to dismiss his application.
