Zondo said the commission received Myeni’s presentation explaining her conduct, but had decided that she should be investigated for violating the Commissions Law.
He said that the legal team will urgently advise the secretary of the commission to file the complaint.
“So that the secretary of the commission can file a criminal complaint against Ms Dudu Myeni for the police to investigate a possible violation of Section 5 of the Commissions Act or Regulation 9 of the commission.”
