While many will be spared the deliberate outages this morning, tens of thousands of residents in KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and the Free State are not so lucky.
Eskom said it would implement so-called “load reduction” in parts of these provinces to avoid network overload in high-density areas.
