Sassa CEO Busisiwe Memela-Khambula said that efforts to track and trace the approved applicants had intensified and their names were sent to their regions.

Sassa announced Tuesday that grant applicants have until February to appeal the rejection of their applications.
On Monday, the agency said the appellants must be people who applied between November and January 2021.
Appeals must be submitted online before February 28.
Sassa said applicants must state the reasons for their appeal or provide motivation when filing their complaints.
