JOHANNESBURG – Two people were killed and 12 others injured in another major accident on the N3 road near Pietermaritzburg.
This after a container fell off a truck and was loaded onto a minibus taxi.
The highway is closed for the second day in a row.

“A container is believed to have fallen from a truck and landed on top of a fully loaded minibus traveling in the same direction,” said KZN EMS spokesman Robert McKenzie.
“Two people have been injured in this incident and paramedics have treated 12 patients at the scene.”
On Tuesday, one person was killed and several others seriously injured after an accident between a bus and a truck on the N3 road at Van Reenen’s Pass.
