Mike Tyson looks phenomenal as he trains for a sensational return to boxing.
The 53-year-old man can be seen working with Muay Thai trainer Rafael Cordeiro in the video, and Cordeiro took to Instagram and posted a photo of the duo after training.
It is a remarkable transformation from the ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’ who was in a dark place just over a decade ago.
Tyson admitted to having been addicted to cocaine previously and it was in 2009 that he realized he had hit rock bottom.
The former world champion explained that he once started fighting prostitutes while on drugs, as he was paranoid because they wanted to rob him.
He explained to Las Vegas Weekly in 2012 by Daily Mail: “Lying in bed in a hotel room, I try to never be alone, even if he is a prostitute, a dog.
“This is really dark. I am in my hotel suite, I have seven women there, and I have a drip of morphine, and I took my cocaine, and I had my Cialis (Viagra type pill), I had my marijuana. I had Hennessy.
“And I’m at my lowest point because I became paranoid and thought these women were trying to rob me and harass me.”
“I started hitting them. I was in a dark place. However, there was a purpose, because I didn’t want to give them more of my soul.”
“So this is my demon, this is where I am, I am locked up alone. There is no one there to tell me that I am doing too much.
“That’s the devil, he won. I threw them all out. So that was my lowest point. Oh man. I’m so grateful to be here, my heart should have been broken.”
Since then, Tyson changed his life and eliminated negative influences, in addition to focusing on various commercial companies.
