Former President Jacob Zuma has informed the commission of inquiry into the state capture that he will not appear before it this week.

Zuma’s attorneys, Mabuza Attorneys, have written to the commission informing their officials of this.

They claim that the subpoena issued for Zuma to appear before Supreme Court Vice President Raymond Zondo is “irregular.”
