Dorah is the former editor and food editor of True Love magazine.

As a celebrity chef, Dorah traveled and cooked internationally exhibiting South African cuisine in, among others, Memphis, Tokyo and Rome.

In October 2019 Dorah released her latest cookbook titled 40 years of iconic food. Each chapter features various stages of Dorah’s fascinating life, with recipes to match.

On Christmas Day, Dorah invited Channel24 into his kitchen while preparing a festive banquet for his loved ones. During the special, Dorah was joined by her daughter, Star Trek Discovery actor Phumzile Sitole.
