SA’s multi-faceted celebrity Somizi Mhlongo-Motaung recently celebrated her 48th birthday, and among the festivities was her best friend, musician Vusi Nova.
Somizi and Vusi have been the topic of conversation on the streets of Twitter for being “unusually” close for the past few months, leaving Twitter baffled about her relationship with her husband, Mohale.
Now, Vusi posted a video on Instagram of him in a very festive mood. In the video, Vusi dances while displaying a birthday cake that she bought for Somizi.
In the caption he wrote: “Celebrating the realist.”
The tweets ask why Vusi bought Somizi a birthday cake, when Mohale already gave her one.
Tweeps went as far as to compare both cakes to see which one is better.

Comments on the thread led to Vusi winning the cake, with fans saying it was simple yet beautiful, while others suggested that the cake Mohale received was eye-catching and looked more like a billboard.
