It also equaled Schumacher’s record of seven championships this season. The 35-year-old Hamilton has surely set a benchmark for other players. Williams and Hamilton share a great bond. Williams recently praised Hamilton highly, calling him “the best driver of this generation.”

In late September 2020, the 39-year-old American even predicted that Hamilton would go ahead and break Schumacher’s record. Now that the 35-year-old Briton has made her prediction come true, Serena is naturally very happy.

Hamilton recently posted a photo to his Instagram story after playing tennis with his father. He even tagged Williams on the post and said sarcastically that he would take tennis lessons with her. To this, Willams replied that he didn’t have to worry and that she had caught him.

The two super athletes have a strong connection, and they respect and complement each other.
