In a heartfelt Instagram post, Rachel Kolisi spoke about the psychological cost of isolating herself from her young children, saying, “It has been one of the hardest things I have ever experienced as a mother.”
The health and fitness influencer said Sunday that she tested positive for Covid-19.
“Loving them through a window has been unbearable,” Rachel wrote in a photo on Instagram.
“Every time they get hurt and my immediate reaction has been to get up and go to them, then I realize that I can’t leave the room. And the days that they have been out begging me to touch them, kiss them and hug them why not “I don’t understand,” he wrote about the experience of being away from his family.
On her physical well-being, Rachel said “it’s fine”, however she still has chest symptoms.
