Princess Eugenie is giving royal fans a first look at her new motherhood look.
The royalty, who recently announced her first pregnancy, was photographed on a lunch date with her brother-in-law, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. The outing marked the first time the princess was photographed in public following the news that she was expecting her first child with her husband Jack Brooksbank.
Eugenie and Mozzi, according to People, I had lunch with another friend at Harry’s Bar in the Mayfair neighborhood of London. Dressed in a sleek, monochrome look, Eugenie wore a pleated black dress, matching tights, and knee-high leather boots. She accessorized with a leather mini bag and finished off her look with an emerald green coat. The princess, who pushed her hair back, also paired her outfit with a printed protective mask.

Buckingham Palace broke the news of Eugenie’s pregnancy last week with a statement congratulating the couple on their soon bundle of joy. “Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr. Jack Brooksbank are very pleased to announce that they are expecting a baby in early 2021,” it read. “The Duke of York and Sarah, Duchess of York, Mr. and Mrs. George Brooksbank, the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh are delighted with the news.”
Eugenie also took to social media to celebrate her first pregnancy with her 1.2 million followers. “Jack and I are so excited for early 2021 … 👶🏻,” she wrote alongside a photo of blurry baby slippers and a selfie of her and her husband.
