Prince Andrew is receiving cold treatment from the British royal family for being one of the most disgraced royals in history.
According to a report by Sun, the Duke of York is being snubbed by the royal family at all major events, including the celebration of the centenary of Prince Philip.
Organizers of the events have also been asked to avoid using photographs of him in an upcoming photographic exhibition.
A source revealed to the outlet: “There is a warning from above to minimize Andrew. He will be included as little as possible.”
“It is not whitewashing history because it cannot be completely set aside. But his relationship with the Duke of Edinburgh will not be a big problem over the years,” the source said.
“Obviously this is proving difficult because he is her son and he is downplaying his role in the family,” the source added.
