SAPS spokesman Brigadier Mathapelo Peters said the two male leaders, 47 and 69, were arrested for violating the Disaster Management Act and adjusting Level 3 lockdown regulations, while a 62-year-old woman was charged. of the same crime and of public violence.

Peters asked the public to report cases of blocking violations to the police.
