CAPE TOWN – An anonymous benefactor donated R270,000 to lucky customers at the PEP store on Marsh and Zietsman streets in Mossel Bay on Wednesday.

PEP will match the R77 500 and all items made at the Marsh and Zietsman Streets store in Mossel Bay by Thursday, November 12 will be settled. Lay-by customers will receive an SMS with a reference number to pick up their merchandise at this store.

Since the launch of Lay-by Buddy, which began during the closing, PEP has contributed R1.5 million to pay for customer items and more than R100,000 in donations come from people who want to help through online donations or in the shop. .

Surprisingly, a similar incident occurred at a Mossel Bay PEP store in December 2019 when a different anonymous donor paid another large sum of money via Lay-by Buddy vouchers.
