Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reveals Manchester United man suffers a blow

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed some injury news following the terrible loss to Istanbul Basaksehir.

The legendary Norwegian took a step closer to losing his beloved job when his players fell in a 2-1 loss.

United could have finished qualifying for the next round if they had won, but unfortunately they had the kind of performance that leaves fans scrambling for optimism.

Not even Solskjaer’s strongest supporters were able to defend him and now seems to be the beginning of the end for him.

To make matters worse, the Red Devils now appear to have taken a hit from a key starting XI player.

Axel Tuanzebe started the clash against Basaksehir, but even he could not prevent the team from being left behind.

In fact, the young center-back received a yellow card and was subsequently substituted at half-time.

Scott McTominay came in as his replacement, with Nemanja Matic falling down on defense to further stop Basaksehir’s scoring.

When the replacement was made, many wondered why Lindelof did not intervene, but now Solskjaer made it clear.

The former Molde man must have felt that leaving the Swede out of the bank was too risky too and so he kept him in case of an emergency.

United have had some world-class goalkeepers over the years and some entertaining as well. Take our quiz below to find out how much you know about United’s number 1s, past and present.
