The latest twist on the Katlego Maboe scandal
In the latest turn of events, Mzansi has rallied behind television personality Katlego Maboe after her cheating scandal. Surprisingly, after spending the day attacking the media star when he was exposed to cheating on his wife and infecting her with an STD, South Africans are now joining him and calling for the downfall of their employer OUTsurance.
It seems that South Africans are very fickle. After Katlego was accused of physically abusing his wife Monique Muller, OUTsurance said they were removing all advertisements in which he appeared. This did not seem to go down well with some South Africans who claimed that Katlego Maboe was being treated unfairly. They quickly launched the #katlegomaboemustrise, #KatlegoMaboeChallenge and #OUTsuranceMustFall campaigns.
According to campaign advocates, South Africans must resist Monique Muller’s attempts to sabotage Katlego’s career.
