Manchester United transfers: agreed Sancho tactic, last Upamecano, Real Madrid launch | Soccer Sport

Manchester United have finally made their first transfer window signing, with Donny van de Beek moving from Ajax. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team hasn’t finished there, with Jadon Sancho and Dayot Upamecano also in the spotlight. Express Sport will now bring you the latest news and gossip from Old Trafford.

Jadon Sancho agreed tactically

Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund have agreed to conduct the Jadon Sancho negotiations in “a more respectful manner”.

That’s according to the Bleacher Report, which says the Red Devils weren’t happy with things that were leaked early in the proceedings.

As a result, United felt they were being pressured to comply with the demands they are currently against.

But although they have since signed Van de Beek from Ajax on a £ 40m deal, they are hopeful that Sancho will follow the Dutch international to the Theater of Dreams this summer.

United is said to be working on wage claims and agent fees.

And the £ 72 million Chelsea are paying for Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz will be used as a guide to how much the deal for Sancho should be worth.

Man Utd bets on the Real Madrid star

Manchester United have reportedly submitted a £ 26.8 million offer for Real Madrid star Sergio Reguilón.

Sport in Catalonia says Solskjaer is eager to sign the left-back, despite having Luke Shaw and Brandon Williams on their rosters.

Reguilon impressed Sevilla last season, helping them win the Europa League, beating United in the process.

And it is said that Real is contemplating the possibility of selling him now or keeping the young man at the Bernabéu for another season.

If they do, they hope that its value will increase.

Van de Beek won’t see Pogba go

Former United manager Rene Meulensteen believes that club signing Donny van de Beek will not push Paul Pogba out the door.

“I can see where [people are] coming up, in terms of playing basically three offensive-minded midfielders in one midfield, ”he told talkSPORT.

“In certain games, you can get away with it because good footballers will always find a way to play with each other.

“But if you face stronger opposition, then they will fall short on defense because not all of them are really defensive players.

“I can see where [people come] of, to hint, does that mean Paul Pogba is gone? I’m not so sure

“I think there has been so much speculation in the last two seasons, when the end of last season came around it became a little more obvious that Ole made it clear that he wanted to stay with Pogba. I’m not really sure if he will go. “
