Manchester United men share a curious moment with the West Ham star

Manchester United edged out West Ham in what is ultimately a crucial victory all things considered, but fans were probably more intrigued by a moment that happened after it was all over.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men managed to beat the London club 1-0 thanks to an own goal by Craig Dawson that was somewhat forced by Scott McTominay.

In the end, it was enough to add all three points and United’s resistance behind came to the fore.

Many fans noted how tired the team was and how the midfield needs help in taking down stubborn defenses like West Ham’s.

For David Moyes’s men, Declan Rice was excellent and put on a show for his potential buyers as the Red Devils are said to be interested in his signing.

Many have jokingly suggested that both Harry Maguire and Solskjaer were recruiting Rice, but it is unlikely to come to that, although it doesn’t hurt to dream.

The two Englishmen have played side by side for their senior international team and that is why they know each other well.

Solskjaer often interacts with opponents’ managers and players, so it is generally something that is not read much unless there is already an established link.
