JOHANNESBURG – The Randburg Magistrates Court is hearing an exchange of views on whether Julius Malema and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi’s vehicle was part of the convoy at Winnie Madikizela-Mandela’s funeral.
The red beret legal team has resumed questioning the police officer who charged them with assault.
#Malemaincourt Laurence Hodes, lawyer for Malema and Ndlozi, is showing the video of the court and Cln Venter. They are studying footage of how Venter responded after the defendant pushed him.

The team, led by attorney Lawrence Hodes, is trying to portray Johannes Venter as an unreliable witness.
Venter claims he was assaulted by the couple at the funeral in 2018.
Both Malema and Ndlozi have pleaded not guilty.
