According to Police Minister Bheki Cele, the committee that oversees the closure regulations is considering moving SA to level three. This means that there will be significant changes in the way the country has operated at levels 5 and 4.
According to the Covid-19 government website, although the restrictions will be reduced, strict measures such as social distancing and the use of masks will still be maintained.

- Walking, jogging, and biking, but there are no specified time limits
- The sale of tobacco products.
