Liverpool are likely to be familiar with the changes as their League Cup campaign begins tonight.
Jurgen Klopp’s Reds, who are off to a great start defending the Premier League title with two wins out of two, will head to the East Midlands to face Lincoln.
The match against the League One team, who, like Liverpool, have won their first two league games, will give Klopp a great opportunity to rotate his team.
In goal, Alisson Becker is likely to have the night off, with second Adrian in place.
The four-man defense should also see large-scale changes, with summer signing Kostas Tsimikas and 19-year-old academy jewel Neco Williams as left-back and right-back respectively.
Although Liverpool assistant Pep Lijnders praised 17-year-old Billy Koumetio at the pre-game press conference, Rhys Williams is more likely to get the go-ahead early on.
Williams, 19, will likely play alongside Sepp van den Berg, 18, with Koumetio later in the game.
Now for the midfield, which is where much of the experience could lie in the evening, with Thiago Alcantara in his full debut and James Milner alongside him, plus 19-year-old Curtis Jones.
Diogo Jota has the ideal game to enter life at Anfield following his £ 41 million move from Wolves, so he should get the nod.
The rest of the attack is a bit more unpredictable, with Divock Origi and Xherdan Shaqiri as the more experienced players who could be given the go-ahead.
That said, we believe that Takumi Minamino will take on the role of Roberto Firmino in the middle, while 17-year-old prodigy Harvey Elliott could have another chance to shine against a senior team.
Liverpool predicted XI: Adrian; N. Williams, R Williams, van den Berg, Tsimikas; Milner, Thiago, Jones; Elliott, Minamino, Jota
