Kim Kardashian officially filed for divorce from Kanye West on Friday.
According to IS! News, the documents show that Kim has requested joint legal and physical custody of her children.
CNN He also reports that the filing cites irreconcilable differences and a prenuptial agreement regarding his assets.
Early january the reports first appeared that Kim and Kanye split after six years of marriage. This after a difficult 2020, in which the couple spent “a long time apart” towards the end of the year.
