John W. Ouderkirk, the Acting Judge in the Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt divorce case, says he has no personal bias or prejudice toward either party, despite claims made by the Pernicious star.
The actress, who filed for divorce from Brad Pitt in 2016, requested that the judge be removed from his case, saying it did not disclose “ongoing business and professional relationships between him” and Brad’s attorneys.
In court documents obtained by Entertainment tonight, John W. Ouderkirk has responded, saying it can and will remain impartial, adding: “I will continue to consider accepting other cases, as additional cases may arise from time to time while the Jolie / Pitt case is still pending. Other similar cases could involve a party, an attorney, a law firm and / or witnesses involved in the Jolie / Pitt matter. ”
