JOHANNESBURG – Action SA founder and leader Herman Mashaba said it was time for South Africa to stop flirting with failed socialist policies.

Mashaba has shared her views on the paths to the country’s economic recovery after COVID-19.

He said that both the African National Congress government and the opposition parties had failed to deliver any leadership and hope to South Africans.

Mashaba’s offer comes as President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to present his economic recovery plan in Parliament on Thursday.

The leader of Action SA said that certainty is required for economic growth.

“In recent years, the economic direction has been confused, contradicted and changes according to the audience to which it is communicated.”
