Before becoming a member of the royal family with her marriage to Prince Harry, Meghan Markle was married to her former boyfriend Trevor Engelson for two years.
The Duchess of Sussex was married to American actor and producer Engelson from September 2011 to August 2013.
While initially it remained a mystery why the couple’s marriage hit the rocks, fans were puzzled as the couple had remained strong for seven years, even before they were married.

The actor reportedly also struggled after his divorce from Meghan.
However, last year in May, it was reported that Engelson launched himself again by exchanging vows with Tracey Kurland, exactly a year after his ex-wife walked down the aisle at their royal wedding.
The producer is also reported to be launching a television show on Fox surrounding the same experiences he has had in the love affair with a man who finds his ex-wife marrying the royal family.
