In a recent interview with Sowetan Live, Lasizwe spoke about her anxiety and mental health issues and was quoted as saying that “she struggles to be a public figure and have to put on a brave face in depressing times.”
It said, “I experience loneliness and isolation, and then I tap. It’s like a kind of coming and going feeling. It’s like getting out of it and sometimes you find yourself bouncing off that feeling.”
Lasizwe fans quickly teamed up to bring some happiness back to his life, some even offering him a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen to.
Just remember that this will also happen like all the stressful situations you’ve been through and overcome. Sending hugs 🤗

You are lucky that you are experiencing this in comfortable situations, with food and heat. Imagine those who struggle without food and other essentials without means 💔😭 my heart pours out for them 🥺😔

You are not alone … I feel exactly the same … my anxiety and my mini depression have skyrocketed that it is even hard for me to sleep … It is even worse knowing that you have run out of food and not knowing what to do or go next. .. is really stressful.
