Former Australian international Ned Zelic believes that if Liverpool continue in their current form, they will end up with a host of trophies at the end of the season.
After getting their hands on the Champions League at the end of the 2018/19 season and the Premier League crown last season, the Reds are once again impressive with their football.
They won their group in the Champions League earlier this month and have been selected to play RB Leipzig in the round of 16 as they seek to claim the European crown.
Jurgen Klopp’s team also has a four-point lead at the top of the Premier League, meaning they will be on top on Christmas Day, despite battling serious injury issues.
Zelic is very impressed with Liverpool and believes that if they continue in their current form, their biggest problem will be organizing an open-air bus parade.
“If Liverpool maintains its impressive form, the biggest problem regarding scheduling will be how to fit into all the open bus parades,” Zelic wrote on Twitter.
Liverpool crushed Crystal Palace 7-0 at Selhurst Park at the weekend and eliminated title contenders Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield midweek.
They will then host Sam Allardyce’s West Brom at Anfield, before ending 2020 with a trip to Newcastle United.
